So as of yesterday it has been 5 weeks since I have been on my diet and exercise plan. Since May 4Th.... I have been keeping A journal of what I eat each day and what exercises I do. Let me tell you it has been hard but fun getting back into all of my old clothes again :) Everyday I do my Winsor Pilate's circle workout and it has kicked my butt!!! Every other day I do Cardioke or the treadmill for 45 min. Every now and then I do kickboxing...... and every night I work out with 10 pound weights on my arms! I am down to a size 4 almost a size 2 :) and I weigh 115 pounds now and 5 weeks ago I was 128 pounds!! My goal weight is 108 or 101... Wish me luck!!!
