My Top 6 Red Lipstick Colors

Since the age of 9 I have been wearing some sorta shade of red lipstick. It all started out with MTV and Madonna. The other thing that influenced my red lipstick habit is the movie Making Mr. Right when she is driving and putting her red lipstick on. I have TONS of red lipsticks and here are my top 6 colors!

Removing the red lipsticks looks as if your nose is bleeding :)

Everyone should wear red lipstick from time to time ... it makes you happy and guys notice you more!

My favorite out of all of them is MAC's Ruby Woo and Russian Red from MAC!

Why do people do this?

So every time I get on Face Book now it's seems like all I see is political crap and disgusting pics of strange political stuff. When did FB become so strange? I want to see happy and good news, not people cramming their political views down my throat. I am a very religious person but I don't use FB to cram my beliefs down people's throats. Anyways I just need to get this off my mind and FYI  I have unsubscribed from all those people on FB. I feel like FB is becoming another Myspace.


BE HAPPY!!!!

Thrift Store Thursday: Random Things

Today I went to my local Thrift Store around the corner from my house. They didn't have much but I did find some random items that I really didn't need. I found an vintage Teddy Ruxpin lunch box from the 1980's but some stupid kid put dumb stickers all over it. Too bad!!! I just found 4 items this trip! I used my cat in these pics she like to smell everything that I bring into the house!

I found this 1980 belt for $2.00

All That Glitters and My New Obsessions for NOVEMBER

November how I love Thee!!!!! I also love glitter and yummy smelly things that make me happy! The cooler weather and the jackets and stockings I can now wear out daily. Just add some glitz and I'm good to go! Here are some of the items I have purchased for myself for November. I went shopping at LUSH and bought some great smelling bath stuff. I went to Forever 21 and bought some sequin and Glitter stuff. I went to Ulta and stocked up on fake lashes and the new Muppet OPI nail polish. I also dragged some other stuff right out of my closet to wear this month!

PS. I'm saving my Oddity Friday blog until my cat skeleton comes in. I hope it's Saturday. :)

Art Show

This past Friday and Saturday was my 2nd year of being in the fine arts show at the Arts Alliance in Clear Lake. Last year was fun but somehow this year was really amazing. I got to meet some of my fans from my Face Book Art by Jar page. I also got to meet some other great artist and I sold 9 paintings at this show and tons of merchandise. Next year I am definitely going to have more in varieties of small fun merchandise. I never thought I would make it this far with my art by Jar business or even my talent. I really like to see how my art makes people smile ..... that means more to me than any dollar sign! So far I have sold 30 or more paintings since 2008. I never even expected to sell even one painting!

Afterwards I was tired and happy about selling 4 paintings. Keanu and I celebrated with mexican food! Keanu makes funny faces in these pics but he was really sick too.

DAY TWO SATURDAY

I forgot to take pics on this day it was really busy and I ended up selling 5 paintings as well.

Later that night my brothers took me out to celebrate and I got happy on Margaritas!

I can't wait until my next art showing .... soon!!!
